Who we serve
People First. Purpose Always.
At Performing Solutions™, we exist for individuals who have been overlooked, underserved, or failed by traditional systems. As a nonprofit workforce training provider, our mission is not volume or profit — it’s lasting impact.
We serve people who are ready to work, willing to learn, and deserving of real opportunity — not shortcuts or empty promises.
Veterans Transitioning to Civilian Careers
Service Deserves Support After the Uniform Comes Off
Military veterans bring discipline, leadership, and resilience — yet many struggle to translate those skills into civilian careers. We proudly prioritize veterans by providing:
-Structured, hands-on CDL training
Career transition
support
-Workforce readiness beyond licensing
-Long-term mentorship and guidance
We understand that veterans don’t need motivation — they need clear pathways and real support. That’s what we provide
Re-Entry Individuals Rebuilding Their Lives
Second Chances Should Come With Real Opportunity
We serve individuals re-entering society who are committed to building stable, lawful, and productive futures.
Too often, re-entry programs offer limited training with no employment follow-through. At Performing Solutions, we focus on:
-Practical, job-ready CDL training
-Accountability paired with support
-Confidence rebuilding through real skills
-Career guidance that doesn’t disappear after graduation
We believe a past mistake should not define a person’s future — and access to meaningful work is one of the most powerful tools for change.
Students Failed by Other CDL Schools
We Do the Work Others Walk Away From
Many students come to Performing Solutions after paying thousands of dollars to other CDL schools — schools that rushed them through training, issued a license, and left them unable to find work.
We step in where others stop.
We retrain, not blame
We prepare, not rush
We support, not disappear
In many cases, we provide this support at little or no cost, because we believe people are worth more than a transaction. While other schools collect tuition, we do the cleanup work — because we care.
