Many of our students come to us after attending other CDL schools — schools that collected thousands of dollars, rushed them through training, and left them unable to find work. We do the work others won’t. We retrain, rebuild confidence, and bridge the gap between a license and a career — often at little to no cost to the student — because we believe people are worth more than a transaction.

A Founder’s Story Built on Grit — Not Grants

Performing Solutions was founded in August 2021, built from the ground up, without institutional funding, large donors, or guaranteed support. This program exists because of belief, sacrifice, and relentless commitment — not because resources were handed to us. We are still operating today without the financial backing often listed by larger organizations, and we are transparent about that — because transparency builds trust.
